You need to provide more information on the specific problem (EXACTLY what happens, when does it happen, what LED up to it, etc).Without anymore information than what you've provided, you might want to try running the computer in safe mode (pressing F8 upon its boot up) and do a system restore.  Perhaps that can be of some help.

Start by checking the hard drive for errors. Right-click on a command prompt icon and open as administrator. In the command prompt window type:chkdsk /r  (then press ENTER). You'll be told the disk is in use and asked if you want to run checkdisk on the next boot. Say yes, exit the command prompt window, and reboot.
