Answer» i installed a program YESTERDAY that updates my phone (nokia software updater) when i restarted my computer, all the icons were gone and the only WAY i can access it is by pressing ctrl alt del. can anyone help???Try f8 to Safe Mode ....Try Last known good configuration......If that fails try System Restore, or remove the program you installed. In task manager (when you press CTR alt del) see if explorer.exe is RUNNING.... |
