Solve : my computer freezes?

1.	Solve : my computer freezes?
Answer» Once a day at least,the computer freezes for no apparent reason.I defragmented,i worked the windows check and fix program,i run an antivirus.Nothing works.Any idea what could be causing this?After i restart it works fine untill next freeze.Need more info, then help will come: OS Anti-Virus programs Firewalls Any programs you may have downloaded lately? Hijack-This log (not too soon though) etc. etc.I have windows XP home without SP2,some updates. McAfee security. Didnt download anything strange,only Adobe reader8.i Had reinstalled windows one WEEK ago because of a problem,then a couple days later i had to turn it back to the reinstall day,the trouble started after that.I ALSO had a Happauge TV card drivers reinstalled and the Ulead DVD moviefactory,all this from disc.But all this worked before PERFECTLY well.What kind of PSU? Why no SP2 ? ?
