Answer» hi running windows xp media edition version 2002 service pack 3 suppoerted by cicero AMD ATHLON(tm) 64 X2 dual core 2.01 GHz 1.50 of RAM i have to run my computer in SAFE mode or debugging mode .. so i dont get that blue screen .. idont know what its called. i tryed installing an anti virus.. about half way through it freezes.. when searching for spyware...it freezes. i have to restart it. IM using spybot search and destroy. ..i cant re format my cd DRIVES busted.. it wont read cds. any advice would be geat thanks What antivirus program is it? What does the error say?
