Answer» when i run a small program like chatting or surffing the web my computers fine but IFF i run big programs like downloading on itunes or play a game on pogo or watch a video sound goes out and the screen goes blan like the computer is shutt off but the gree power light is still on solid green. and i tried defraging i tried cleaning and i tried turning off all power SAVE modes and turning off hibernation and standby. wat is up with my computer and wat can i do to fix itjmcic..... Is this something that has just started ? More information about your machine would be of great ASSISTANCE as well. What o/s ? , how much memory ? , What player are you using ? , do you have the necessary codecs installed ? DL65 If its a custom built machine then it could be a driver problem with your video card and sound card. If you have the disks, try reinstalling the software for your video card and sound card.
