Answer» everything in my comp is sdeways from the start button to my desktop to background i even hav 2 move my mouse differently and its the same wit my other users nebody KNOW how 2 fix it?I,m not going to joke you about laying down and looking at it Hehe I did this with a classroom full of PC's. I turned all the screen's upside down. It was funny taking the job and seeing all the student's faces look at me in awe as I "fixed" their PC's. Life can sure be fun at moments.Did the students ever CATCH on, or did you get to enjoy it? Quote With your keyboard.Do Control+ALT+Directional arrows keyboard. On my computer, this does nothing. notursavior, do you still need a solution? On some PC's, you can get this by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting "rotation" or something like that from a context menu. However, unless you happen to use a nVidia GeForce 6600 video card, I can't give you step-by-step instructions. However, it should be in the menu I talked about. (WHY this is a feature is beyond me...)I believe this works the same way with many nVidia cards. The key factor is probably the specific driver installed, not the specific card. We could have different nVidia cards but have the same driver. (WHY this is a feature is beyond me...) I think the features have to do with monitor to overhead screen projector to flip the picture. What do y'all thank?HuH. Reverse mirror transformation re-imaging concept. :-? I just took a SWAG that it had to do with HP/Compaq line of computers. My Gateway just gives me a stupid look and does nothing. I've seen Windows updates do this to a pc in an office I take care of. Solution: reinstall the original video drivers Alan <>< Ctrl-Alt-Direction works only on some Intel onboard cards How do I know? It works on some PCs at school but not the new ones, and not on my PC (ATi) or the desktop (SiS) I think it's an older series of Intel's graphics, but there may be a different shortcut on newer ones or other graphics cards Quote Life can sure be fun at moments.Did the students ever catch on, Don't think they caught on, it was a secretary class, full of girls learning how to type. Not really the computer literate type of people. Quote QuoteLife can sure be fun at moments.Did the students ever catch on, So you mean girls? LOL Quote HAH no, I mean typists. They generally know a LOT about typing, and possibly their native word processor, but that's about it. What us in the know call Targeted experienced people.LOl ..... I think it safe to say the original posters issue must have been corrected as we haven't heard a word from them since the original post ........
