So.. I need HELP, and fast...
My hp pavilion t3259 has recently become very slow.
It happened a few days ago, or could have happened today i dont know, i THINK i noticed it for the first time 2 days ago... so i click on "my documents" and then wait for about 10-15 seconds and then it pops up, and the same when i click on for example my computer or any other folder...
So please, does anybody know how i could fix this problem?

Oh, and the computer specs, amd athlon 3400+ 2,2ghz, nvidia geforce 6600 256 mt, 1024 mt ram, 250 GB harddrive.



-ok after i wrote this i rebooted, and now they all come up as fast as usual, but what could have been/be the problem?
Because i noticed it before, so it will probobly happend again, so i should fix it if its possible..Run Disk Clean
Run chkdsk
Run Defrag

Empty Temp Internet Flies
Empty Recycle Binhave you installed a program lately?
look in your taskmanager what is using the most CPU ?
Yeah THANX guis.. i did run chkdsk and a disk clean and a defrag, and uninstalled the latest program i installed, taskmanager shows nothing new/special.
