My computer after reading cmos and bios will not start windows I just see for a SECOND the blue screen and than restart over and over again, I tought my windows is not GOOD, but I put the windos cd and repair it and also reinstall windows but stay the same, I put in other hardisk that I took from other computer that was working good, but it keep on restarting, I turned of the automatic restarting and got the message:0X0000007B(0XFA2C3528.0CC00000034X0000000X00000000

Anything newer than WinME is not designed to be swapped from machine to machine and expected to RUN properly...this is by design.
