1.	Solve : My computer keeps on restarting!?
Answer» Last night, I had a blackout and when everything CAME back again, the computer was working fine, but the next day I turned on the computer and it says: Sorry, the computer didn't SHUT down PROPERLY. I did the system check and everything but it still says the same thing. Please HELP me. My model is a Dell OptiPlex GX 1.So every time you turn on the computer, it gives a message checking the disk or what? What Operating System?We apologize, but Windows did not start succesfully. I enter Start Windows and it restarts, but it goes back to the same thing.Do you have the Windows CD?I think so. But just in case, what do I do when I get it?
