Answer» Hi, I don't know where to put this because I don't know what the PROBLEM is but I hope someone can help. Whenever I turn my laptop off it takes ages and then a blue screen shows up and it just starts up again. I actually can't turn it off other than to just physically press the POWER button and my laptop gets MAD when I next turn it on. I have no idea what to do. A THING popped up saying something about a minidump and a couple of other files but I don't UNDERSTAND what that is. I'm on vista if that's at all important. I uninstalled the most recent software because the blue screen said something about that but that didn't help. I'm very confused Post EXACT BSOD message.
