Solve : my computer will not open windows....please help!!!? |

Answer» I use windows Vista....recently I INSTALLED an original program into the computer.....and the computer can not open windows anymore......the diagnosis tells me the system has shut down the windows to protect my computer from damages which may be caused by the installation of a new software or a hardware. To correct the problem, it tells me to open the windows first and then change the settings...that is IMPOSSIBLE for me.......please help.... What was the program? Do you have the Windows Vista DVD? Do you happen to have another computer or have access to another computer? (last resort which we might not use but it will be good to know its there until we get the problem solved.)no....i have neither the windows vista DVD nor another computer....but I think I can get the DVD.....what can i do next? If you don't have Vista DVD.... Download Vista Recovery Disc iso image: http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/ Burn it to CD, or DVD: http://neosmart.net/wiki/display/G/Burning+ISO+Images+to+a+CD+or+DVD Boot from created disk. At first screen click on Repair your computer: This will bring you to a new screen where the repair process will look for all Windows Vista installations on your computer. When done you will be presented with the System Recovery Options dialog box: After this, it will present you with a list of options including startup repair, system restore and command prompt: Try System Restore, first.
