Solve : my computer won't start right......? |

Answer» when i turn on my computer it takes me to the black screen that has the option of safe mode and the OTHERS. but when i click on either option it brings me right back. please help.... What happened between the last time the computer started normally and the first time it didn't (new sw, hw, error message, virus, etc)? These things rarely happen spontaneously.i really don't know but i HEARD my 4 year old brother messed with it Can you click on "Last Known Good Configuration" and see what happens please?well it brought me back to the same screen just like all the options. i used a system recovery tho. But thanks for trying to help! What was the computer doing before this, were there any other SYMPTOMS? |
