Answer» Hi I'm unable to get my computer to START up at all I was uploading photos from a DIGITAL CAMERA to my laptop and accidently pulled the usb cable out and the laptop has not worked properly since. when I turn on the computer it comes up with a black screen with white TEXT stating- Status code: oxcoooooe9 the laptop is an Acer Aspire running Windows 7 I'm not very I.T. minded can any one help me?
