hello my computer is running fast but i know it's not near as fast as it can because i bought two of the exact same computers i use this one 99 percent of the time and when i USED the other one the other day on the internet everything was pretty much instant alot faster than mine same internet connection from the same house i know i have alot more stuff and downloaded on this computer but that should matter that much i ran a disk defragement and allow indexing service to index this disk file searching in local c disk properties and i have anti virus protection that the other don't but when i turn off live protection but what i don't get is that i have superantispyware and when i turn off my computer it will show an end program now but it ins't running nor does it give my live protection so why is it runningWhat are you asking?Is this the Machine in your signature (celeron 2.80ghz 20gb hardrive 504mb ram(?
What processes are using the most memory ACCORDING to your Task Manager?
How many processes are running?
Cleaning out the old crap with CCleaner followed by defrag will help that 20gb function a little faster.
am asking why is my computer so slow i'm pretty sure it's virus free and yes it's the 2.8ghz computer i have at the bottum of my post plz tell people that the link you give them will automaticly start downloading something i had my internet options up are else it would of started dowloading it i already have itIs it just the internet that's slow or are all of your programs slow?
