Solve : My file ames turn green. - Why??

Answer»

When using Windows XP my file names might turn green when I copy files from one folder to another. Look here:

On the left the names are BLACK. When I copy some files to the right folder the turn green.
I found tat this means the files are now locked is some way.
I can remove the encryption, but why did it come on? I have not wen this happen before. Does my AV program do this?
It is an annoyance. I can only get to my copied files if I LOG in as that user. Otherwise I have to put the files in the shared folder. I am using Windows XP when this happens.
Any ideas?

OK.. but who turned it on?You...Change the setting on the folders and check all parent folders to check that it hasn't been turned on. the Encryption ATTRIBUTE can be inherited from any parent directory.
