Answer» recently i have not been able to access my internet options it quickly flashes on then off, i cannot clear my temp cookies and files or change my browser which is blank. i have norton security and no spybot or similar.Can anyone help i am a novice so EASY english pleaseSince you didn't SAY otherwise, I will work under the assumption you are using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.
