Answer» I have a TOSHIBA SATELLITE 2400 notebook. a couple days ago, I had setup outlook express extractor utility in my notebook. But It was a trial software that not associate with my necessary and I taked a decision to removed it from my notebook. once I uninstalled it, I have encounter a problem with my outlook express 6.0. This EMAIL account application couldn't OPEN that appear message "Outlook express has encountered a problem and need to close". I have been try a searching problem resolve but nothing could not find way out it. Can anybody give some advice to solve this a matter?
