Answer» Hey my Acer pc desktop has recently turned black.I restarted the computer but it didn't do anything but it pops up with documents for no REASON. i was going to get someone out but i thought i would ask yous first.Black screen and then documents STARTING themselves on reboot sounds very odd. If you have the SYSTEM restore CD or DVD, would boot your system off of that DISK and then perform a repair installation or a restore with keeping your data instead of a full system restore that would wipe out all your data. Sounds like corruption instead of hardware issue with documents launching to open on own at boot.I don't have the restore CD or DVD as i got the computer SECONDHAND from radio rentals |
