when i turn my comp on it blinks a whole lot i really DONT know whats causing it... it'll slow down sometimes but it speeds back up and sometimes it comes back kinda tiled? ive tried updating my drivers and it didnt work. i was just wondering what could maybe be wrong with it. ive swapped my video card and ive swapped moniters so i eliminated those choices.

Does the computer have a built in video card along with the external?
