1.	Solve : My system "lost" a drive?
Answer» I backed up my C DRIVE onto a Maxtor One-Touch external drive. The copy appeared to go well. BUT My system no LONGER recognizes that external drive! If I unplug the firewire connection I get the "ker-plunk" sound from the system and again if I reconnect it. So it seems to recognize the electrical connection but not in the software. Any ideas how to get the system to "SEE" the external drive? Rebooting does nothing. Thanks, as always. ASUS 8N-SLI Premium Win. I right click My Computer, then manage to change the drive letter. It was there, but without a letter. Don't know how it lost it - that's the disturbing part.
