Solve : my toshiba notebook won't boot up? |

Answer» My son's toshiba notebook won't boot up..the page where it ask you if u want windows in safe mode, promt mode , or start nrmally comes up. you can move up and down to select but when u HIT enter. the same page comes back on again. please help, all his school is in the hardrive.Is it a recent problem? I don't want to use the restore CD because it'll delete everything.
