Answer» Hi I am puzzle of what happen in my user account when I start my computer the login screen is having the username listed in the right panel of the screen. I check in the User account in control panel I could not see the user listed it, all disappeared. I tried to create a new account but a popup >Unspecified error. what does it meant I am having other problems I tried to start in safe mode but got a BSOD saying IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL what it mean. I noticed lately every folder or shutdown it takes almost an hour to complete the cycle.Someone please help. I myself is dumb what it caues this all of a sudden. I think it will be tough for you all to solve this particular problem unless someone have experienced this problem. I keep an open mind for sometimes to see anyone have further suggestion or idea of what to do. If someone can interpret what the tech. info mean will be much easier for it to check. I still do not know what to look for in Raptor click link,as I do not see any connection with my present situation or maybe it is the SUBJECT there I do not know which to refer to.Thanks all who have help.
