I have windows xp with media player 11 sp2. I have a xbox 360 that I could use for FILE sharing with my computer for music through my media player a few days ago it stopped seeing my pc but when i go into the media player the xbox shows up there. I have opened ports forwarded ports deleted the drm and restored it started and stopped media player sharing and reset my xbox to factory settings renamed my computer. The error I recieve is to make sure that my pc is connected and on the same network as the 360. When I check the drm files I have a error and I also have another error that states that my Computer certificates for L2TP/IPSec VPN connections are invalid but cannot find anything on MICROSOFT to re install them can someone please help. I think that the problem that you might be having is when you restarted your XBOX to its original settings. The factory settings may have not had the updates that allowed you to ACESS your WMP at that POINT. Is it connecting now since you have rebooted everything?
