Answer» Hi, A strange menu is appearing (and disappearing in less than a second), after every startup of a Windows 7 laptop. It pops up and goes away with no chance to actually see what it is. One day the laptop froze right after a startup, while I was running it remotely, giving me the chance to make a Print Screen of that strange hidden application starting up. Please take a look at the attached image of the menu and its LOGO. If you know what this strange application is doing, and/or if it is something to worry about, LET me know. The logo is a light blue icon with two white GEAR Wheels (cog wheels) inside of a side viewed head, also in white.
