I just recently, built this unit and runs without issues however, when I tether my phone to this machine for some reason it won't let me open folders but, I can still surf online using firefox.  If I have a open folder I can use it to open other's an use the machine LIKE I shouldbob1286,

Do you mean while you tether the phone?
There are a variety of tethering apps, some better than others.
If so, what program do  you sue to tether in Windows?
And which phone and APP on the phone? Which hone?

So, is everything normal when you do not tether?
Why do you need TOGETHER? Have you tried any workaround?
For example, why not use Dropbox or GOOGLE Drive?

I don't follow with what your meaning about using drop box to get online?wasting our TIME yet again. Thread locked.
