Answer» '(I'm running Windows Me. I had to down load a missing MSO9.DLL file. Because when I tryed to open Powerpoint I would get an error SAYING MSO9.dll not found.Now I have the file but dont KNOW where to go from here. PLEASE HELP.The file is a zip file.go to the msdos prompt and type scanreg/RESTORE after the c:\windows prompt and answer yes and chose the last good cab file or use SYSTEM restore...the dll you have downloaded is it the correct version?you could run scandisk or uninstall/reinstall it..but a REG cleaner is advisable if taking this route..how can i install windows 2000 srevice pack on windows 98 an can i installdo you have win2k..? |
