Answer» Hi - I need instructions. I have received a long e-mail. I want to print only a small part. I know how to hi-light the part I want to print but what do I do next? I am using Vista Home Basic on an E MACHINE 32 bit. I hope I given enough information. Thanks Bob Copy the TEXT and paste it to a text editor (notepad, MS Word, etc) and print it from there.Allan - Thanks for your reply. I hi-light the part I want and you say paste it to a text editor. What is a text editor. I have used wordpad but when I bring up wordpad and click on "copy" it goes back to the part of the e-mail I have hi-lighted. Thanks for your help. You have HELPED me before and I APPRECIATE that. Bob I don't understand what you are doing. Just open the email and highlight the text you want to print. Then right click on it and choose COPY. Now open a new document in Word Pad and choose "PASTE".Or highlight ...then CTRL -C to copy... Then open wordpad and CTRL-V to paste.Allan & Patio - OK I got it. My MISTAKE was that I did not recognize the copy icon that was in the heading of Word Pad. Thanks BobBob - even if it wasn't, all you have to do is either right-click in the body of the message and then choose PASTE from the context menu or, as patio said, just press CTRL-V to paste. Anyway, glad you got it sorted out.Allan - What I should have said was: I did not recognize the "paste" icon in the Word Pad heading. BobYes, I knew what you meant .
