Answer» I have a compaq with windows 2000 pro it has 1 floppy disk drive and external CD drive. after i try to reinstall win2000pro the install didn't WORK , I ran the install again this time worst an error message i need to MAKE sure SCSI devices are properly terminated. I don't understand what to do! I need to get my external CD drive working. so i can reinstall,this time a clean install. if thats possible! help please!!! UPDATE! I have got my CDROM working. The PC still is on the blink but maybe now I can do a clean install, Thanks you all for your advice. I don't think you can install windows VIA USB.
