Answer» This MAY sound silly but I can not seem to find the answear for this question. I can not seem to find the answear for this question. There is a good reason for this. Think about it. You might be genuine but equally you could be a person trying to hack someone else's account, and even if we believed you, and we knew how to do what you want, we wouldn't tell you how to do it because this is a public web site and anyone could Google for "hack Hotmail" and surf right in here and read it, doing our reputation no good at all. You were foolish not to change the password before making that other non-significant. You were also foolish not to back up those contacts. Xmen442002: Dear Hotmail, please help me get my account back! I promise I really am the owner! Hotmail: Sorry, no can do! Wow! I never thought that physical security to your computer could cause so much damage. Someone could change my Yahoo password and that's it, I no longer have access. I can always talk to my bank if there are problems online but with email service, or free email service, that's it. They only know a few facts about you and no really personal identifiable info. ...or that anyone can get paying some money for online. Not sure why your chiming in with this ...do you have a security ISSUE ? ? If so start a new Topic.Quote from: Doug on October 23, 2011, 12:39:52 PM Wow! I never thought that physical security to your computer could cause so much damage. With a webmail account all you NEED to do is share the password. Security is your responsibility. Regarding BANKS, if you are careless about securing your bank card PIN e.g. if you share it with someone and your account gets emptied the bank is unlikely to help you. I thought he was commenting on the bad things that happen when people are careless about passwords. Exactly.
