Hello Sir,

I am using xp os. I was chatting on yahoo messenger with my frnd. He told me that he wants to SURPRISE me. While chatting he SENT me a link and told me to click it. When I clicked on it. My pc got hang for a minute. Then then he was operating my pc. I didn’t remember the name of that link . So will u help me to know how did he do it. Bcz I asked him how did he do it and he didn’t told me.

So I request you to PLS help me and give me a solution to know this idea of how did he do this.

Yahoo messenger has a "chat history" that you can look at. It's basically a file containing everything that was said in your conversation with your friend. Look through it to find the link that he gave you and post back to let us know.Most popular messenger software has a remote PC control option. I'm not familiar with YIM, so play around with it at bit.That's one HUGE security problem. I'd be getting that thing shut down ASAP.

If your computer is that vulnerable to invasion by others, you need to tighten up your PC's security at once.
