Answer» So I tried fixing my computer myself. One of the fixes I FOUND online was to change the boot.ini FILE to start the computer in safe mode. I did this without realizing that I can only start the computer in safe mode if I am an administrator(and my company has changed administrators, so there is no way for me to get the password/username). So the computer starts up in safe mode, even if I press the F8 key and ask it to start in normal mode. So I now can't log in at all! Is there a way to change the boot.ini file while not being logged in? HELP!If your computer is company property, CONTACT the IT help desk.Topic Closed.
