There are a lot of Freebasic users, Geek. And Autoit users for that matter.
Autoit users? OK, you must be one. Who is the other one?
I would like to know both of you.

At the TIME of this writing, the AutoIt Forum has over 500 users online, with over 55,000 Members total. That's about 80% of the size of this Forum, which I think we can AGREE has a substantial Memberbase.

Now, for comparison, I couldn't find any QBASIC forums with more than a few hundred members. Where is this large community you spoke of, anyway?Quote from: BC_Programmer on August 26, 2013, 07:03:06 PM

Search on "QBASIC is dead" finds 4,790 results in last 30 days. BC_Programmer -
I want to STAY with Basic if for no other reason than I have a book. Bear with me for a moment. I clicked on the address you gave. Now when I click on Start and All Programs I get FreeBasic. I click on that and I get 2 lines added. Online Wiki is an information page. Open console has a small black panel with information on it. From my experience with another language I would guess the panel is where the results of RUNNING a program is displayed. I also went to the bottom of the page and clicked on FBedit and clicked on save. Do I now have a compiler available to me?
Can I now go to Hello World and write a program? Thanks BobGod, do they still have Basic? I remember doing Basic on the old Commodore 64 computers. c64? Read this:

God, do they still have Basic?

It has never gone away. The link I gave was about the new Commode 64. It was for for its BASIS interrupter.
It per-dates the all in one computers by many years.
