Answer» Im wondering if anyone can tell me step by step how to make a CD like if it were to come from a store. Im not sure how to explain it but I want to put a program on a CD and have it start up when I put the CD in. Gosh I hope I explained that right but if anyone can help I WOULD so appreciate it..Hi Anniieee, Click the advanced tab, the college looking people and you should see a icon that say like bootable disc then just do it like a normal disk. I'm sure we are talking about an autorun cd here and not a bootable cd...? Anniieee, can you confirm?sorry got off thinking that it could. Sorry doing multiple things.Annieee, what kind of CD are you trying to make? Music CD, Data CD, Boot CD? A music CD should autorun as soon as you put it in the CD drive. usually if its DEFAULTED like that in xpQuote from: SuperDave on April 10, 2009, 01:27:34 PM Annieee, what kind of CD are you trying to make? I can't imagine it would be anything other than a simple application cd... ie. a data cd with a program or program installation on it that starts the setup process automatically - an autorun cd... She can use the free software above to create an .inf file and just burn it to the cd with the other files... I'm sure Anniieee will let us know when this post gets read again by her.The anticipation is killing me. |
