Answer» Disabled in device manager by mistake all USB ports on PC. PC only has USB ports for mouse and KEYBOARD. LOCKED out !!!! Does anyone KNOW where in the registry I can edit to turn it back on , they exist in device manager but were disabled. Machine reboots but will not let mouse or keyboard function. Per recommendation :Tried SAFE Mode and same ISSUE, does not allow USB ports to function. THEY ARE DISABLED NOT REMOVED. Want to try to edit registry Upon re-boot they should be automatically re-enabled... If not re-boot into safemode and go to Control Panel and re-enable them.
