Answer» I have a PROGRAM called WINRAR. I believe it is a compression and archive program. Every time I click on it my virus protector: TREND MICRO says beware it has a trojan virus. So I went to the control panel to delete the program. It did so but it is still in my program files. When I try and delete it there it says I need permission to rename, or REMOVE the program. How do I GET permission?
