Try system restore for beginning.

I suffered this problem, and failed to solve it.
I also need a good answer.LOG IN ON SAFE MODE GO TO INSTALLED UPDATES AND UNINSTALL THEM WORKED FOR ME IN A SIMILAR CASEAlso, 50-70 processes is alot! I'm running at 30 processes. This WOULD slow down your computer.

Also scan for malwares & VIRUSES with programs like Malware Byte and Super Antispyware.

I recommend scanning in Safe Mode then go back in Normal Mode to scan a second time if the system is badly infected. Quote from: kdxman on November 03, 2010, 09:40:35 AM
