1.	Solve : Need urgent help, Computer wont start?
Answer» My computer will not start. When ever it loads and is dont, I get a quick blue screen and then it restarts. I later found out that this screen says STOP: c0000145 {APPLICATION ERROR} The application FAILED to intialize properly (0xc00000005). Click OK to terminat e the program I can start in safe mode, but I dont know what to do in it, tried uninstalling things but DIDNT work tried doing start up repair but nothing thried using cd but nothing I have no restore points I really need help Please, I need to get this fixed I need a little hope Start in safe mode with network and Download Malwarebytes and SAS Run full scans and see what comes up you may also want to try AVG If you have no anti-virus software
