Answer» Windows 98 have netwacher FEATURES, which displays all the COMPUTERS (Users), which are logged on to that computer.
This can be retrieved from Control panel --> Add and remove program --> Windows components
Whether Windows XP also have that feature or not.

Windows XP Professional uses the Netstat utility to provide some of the same info that Net Watcher did. To use the utility, click Start > Run... and type [size=13]CMD[/size] and press Enter. In the command prompt window, type [size=13]NETSTAT[/size] and press Enter.
You may SEE the different switches to use with netstat by typing [size=13]NETSTAT /?[/size] in the command prompt window and pressing Enter.

NOPE! Windows XP doesn't offer the System Monitor either.
Windows XP ctrl+alt+dlt show network used and users logged on.
