Answer» hey guys ive been wondering about this my acer aspire one has windows xp home sp3 on it and my girl friend also has an acer aspire one but hers has windows 7 on it the specs on our netbooks are almost exactly the same the only difference is hers is newer and the power BUTTON is in a DIFFERENT spot and the hdd is bigger. now if i where to make a back up copy of her RECOVERY partition and boot it on mine would windows 7 install and RUN correctly or our would i GET a bsod because its in a different computerProbably...or it wouldn't pass registration....1 machine = 1 liscense. |
