Solve : network card not connecting with internet? |

Answer» I have a laptop about 3 yrs old with WINDOWS XP. I contacted my DSL provider and after running some tests was told that my netword card was not connecting with my modem or that i might have a software problem. What can cause my network card not to work? I recently took my laptop in for a cleanup of viruses.You could TRY physically REMOVING the card and re-installing it and it's drivers...good idea, did think of it but haven't tried it yet. thanks. |
