Answer» Hello all! This trouble may be in the wrong forum area. I didn't KNOW where to put it.
Well, BAH! I HAD a great Dell Insperon Tower UNTIL it crashed and I took it to be fixed
They put in a year 2002 hard drive and left me to CONFIGURE and download needed programs!
Of course Adobe products installed nicely - they have that download manager.
I TRIED downloading a download manager and after 10 tries, got it but it doesn't help me.
In FACT it downloads the program with the developer's name as one of my users!
I'm desperate to download Paint.Net. I would even go online to use it but I can't find an online site that has it.
Oh boy!, I'm begging for help! Thanks for any clues you have! What DLoad manager is this ? ? If it does that i would NOT recommend it at all...FireFox browser has a solid DLoad manager built in.
As to Paint.net here is the Link
You will have to install the .net framework it asks for the 1st time you use it...
