Solve : new hd recognition? |

Answer» so i just bought a new 250g western digital hard drive INSTALLED it in my computer STARTED windows (after enabling sata stuff in my bios) and windows said it successfully installed the new hd. so i click my comp and there is just my old hd.. hmm i checked the DEVICE manager and its there but has a location (0) .. pretty sure that should be a 2 or something. it also apparently wasnt assigned a drive letter for some reason. if anyone could help me out here that WOULD be awesome. |
