I just purchased a Gateway NV51B laptop. Best Buy already had the driver installed. EVERYTHING works great except for the fact that a small section of keys on the top row don't WORK INCLUDING: PrtSc, Ins, Del, Mute, Lower Sound, Raise Sound, Social Media
All the FN keys are fine.
I'm not that savvy with computers so any advice would be appreciative.
But I have a feeling I'm going to have to take this back to Best Buy tomorrow.

Download the Pdf file(generic user guide) and special keys are on Pages 14-18. To check certain keys you posted, PrtSc - hit Prtsc and then open your paint editing software such as Paint.net and the click on Edit menu, look for Paste. Del - Same as backspace, open or create your Notepad, type and press Del key. Ins or Insert - Open any Microsoft Office program and type alpha or numeric keys and then to check INS, hit the key and retype keys. It should function as the word is explanatory, to overwrite. Other FUNCTIONS are shown on the User Guide.It's a brand NEW laptop...it should be returned...Quote
