Check the network settings, make sure the browser is set to use the right connection. Thanks again for your answers, can you tell me where do I check if my brower is set to the right connection, I am sorry for being a pain, but I have spent so long trying to set it up, that my mind has GONE blank, so if you could help again I would appreciate itHow do you connect to the internet?  Examples: USB modem, Ethernet modem.
And what browser are you using?  Examples: Firefox, Internet Explorer.I use a wireless modem, that my home pc is connected to via an ethernet cable, and I am using internet explorer 9 and it is on the home pc that I have set up the user accounts.  I hope you can help.

PaddieIE9?
No such thing.
Anyway, open internet explorer and go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> check "Automatically Detect Settings".
Then click OK out of all the boxes.
You should now be able to connect.
If not, please check the Networking FAQ.
You will not need to follow any instructions about multiple computers, as you only have one.
Hope this helps.thank u thank u thank u
