Answer» BJ's Wholesale Club is a big outfit...I would first ask for help from them and if they refuse then go ballistic on them, demand warranty service or your money back.....don't let these snakes take advantage of you.....it may take awhile, but eventually they will accomodate you to shut you up....Never be afraid of these guys.....just be persistant and a nuisance.I think, those wholesale places have some kind of exemptions from general laws. I think, I've READ something like that about Costco. 3. Refund and Return Policy Little bit scary...Nah....Costco is better: http://www.costco.com/Service/FeaturePageLeftNav.aspx?ProductNo=11204333 Quote We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. The FOLLOWING must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, iPOD / MP3 players and cellular phones More than decent, I'd say...Incredible........Let the buyer beware. I'd still show up at customer service with 2 or 3 screaming, out of control toddlers and see how long it would take for some action.Excellent karnac.....always bring the brats with you... If you don't have any borrow from your neighbors. Store warranties can be quite different from manufacturer warranties. Phone the manufacturer and scream blue. They'll fix it.Quote from: Broni on August 09, 2009, 07:58:53 PM What is BJ? http://www.bjs.com/maybe you should try rebooting the system from scratch or calling the help line...if they have one CUZ i had a similar problam except the screen would go blue and green with strange textures...how ever your computer may be over heating...my computers cpu temp never goes abouve 52 degrees celcies...i dont know why it doesent tell fairenhight anyway and the system temp never goes abouve 50 degrees celcies plus my computer shuts down if it goes abouve 56 degrees celcies...which it has only done that once but if its a new computer it shouldent be doing that because my computer is 9 years old...i only had a problem simliar to that about 4 times...all with in this last year...i dont know why but i have windows xp and i cant meet the system requirements for windows vista but if you reboot it and it still does it then it is defently a HARDWARE problem...i dont know what else to tell you...To me it looks like a screen resolution error since it only happens when playing games or something broken in side. My gramps computer did the sorta same thing he took it to the computer repair shop and they fixed it they said something loose was causing it. But then again it could be a heat problem since your computer warranty is gone i think its time we open up that case.Do you still need help with this, kalia? |
