1.	Solve : New wide screen monitor stretches pics?
Answer» I upgraded my 5-year old Gateway 500SE PC with a 19" SAMSUNG 906BW wide screen (1440 X 900) monitor, but my machine does not have display CHOICES to match. I have 800 X 600, 1024 X 768, or 1280 X 768. All these settings stretch and/or squash my photos, etc. Is there a way to bring everything back into proportion and utilize the full widescreen? Can it be done with DRIVERS, software, or do I need a new graphics card? I currently have an Intel 82845G/GL graphics controller. Thanks - Mike What OS is that dinosaur running?
