Solve : Newfound Harware Wizard appears every time computer is started? |

Answer» I have no new hardware device plugged into any USB port. I did recently add a Belkin ENHANCED wireless router to create a wireless NETWORK to allow my daughter's laptop internet access down the hall. I ALSO recently borrowed a hand held digital recorder from a friend. I had to download a program to allow me to transfer a file from the recorder to my computer. I then uninstalled the program - it was a one time usage. My son got an iPod shuffle which I recently put some music on. So there have been VARIOUS new things plugged into the computer, however, every time I start the computer up, it I get the Newfound Hardware Wizard pop-up. If not open it and select View -> Show hidden devices and look at it again |
