IS SOMEONE CAPABLE OF MAKING SENSE OF THIS LOG AND PERHAPS CAN HELP ME TO REPAIR MY LAPTOP?
ALSO I HAD JUST EVER-SO-RECENTLY DOWNLOADED http://www.bittorrent.am/torrent/3610081/100//Michio-Kaku---Visions-of-The-Future-rar.html AND RAN THE FILE. WHICH DID NOT APPER IN MY BITTORRENT CLIENT AS DOWNLOADING OR AS COMPLETED JUST AFTER 'LOADING TRACKERS'. I WONDER IF THIS IS RELATED?
I WILL BE BROWSING THIS FORUM AND GOOGLE FOR WHATEVER INFO I CAN FIND, HOWEVER I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE AN ANALYSYS OF THESE LOGS AND OFCOURSE AND SOLUTIONS TO THIS STRANGE SOFTWARE ARRIVAL ISSUE THAT ONE MIGHT PROVIDE.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH

These are parts of a video encoder/decoder. You could disable them from startup and just run them when you need them.

He said they appeared in his start menu, not in his startup list. They were probably added by the K-Lite Codec Pack or a similar package.
To the OP, if you go to sites like this
Quotehttp://www.bittorrent.am
you can expect all kinds of trouble. Also please note that this site does not support using torrent clients to download copyright material like the BBC programme you illegally obtained.
actually i was trying to download something that was a coast to coast am broadcast that from what i thought to undertand was free to the public. although i see now that in the hyperlink it says visions of the future or something like that. which is weird cause i remember the link and the file just being a series of numbers. i guess one of his tv specials? and i sure as heck did'nt get any video out of the file, i got nothing. however i do own 4 of his books and pay comcast cable to get alot of these broadcasts including the bbc network. which i might have saved in my dvr but as far as on my computer i'm not interested. i still need to find out how to get coast to coast am broadcasts though...as for dlding copywrited mats/pirated software. believe me ur preachin' to the quior mate. i'm an artist and have personal policy i follow regarding said shizzle.
as for the orig. "problem" thanks guys i see now it's from the xvid codec. i'm glad it's not something serious. i think it was late at night and i was jumping to the conclusion that something was wrong w my lt. also i gave both of you guys a 'thank kharma thing.'Thanks for the extra information there SalmonTrout, I appreciate it. Sometimes I feel rushed and miss putting something in the post.
