Solve : No access for the start menu? |
|
Answer» I just recieved my COMPUTER and for whatever reason I can't seem to create new folders(I need this to PLAY my new game), or access the start menu for anything other than restart or shutdown. There don't seem to be any toolbars in like documents and such. If this helps, I believe its RUNNING on windows XP.
