Answer» The administrator account got deleted on a Vista LAPTOP, and the other user does not have administrator privileges. How do you get in to create a new adminstrator account? Did you try GOING into safe mode? Usually if you go into safe mode, there is an account simply named "administrator". Go into it and create a new one. Are you sure all other accounts dont have admin privelages?In Vista real administrator account can't be deleted, because it's HIDDEN. IMPORTANT! When done, hide real admin account again, so nobody plays with it.
